Damaged or Lost Items

At Auntie Rossie's Library, we're dedicated to providing high quality reading material for our patrons. We understand that normal wear and tear is expected, but we also expect our borrowers to exercise care and responsibility when using our resources. If any item becomes damaged or lost, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and take appropriate action. We believe in being fair but firm in enforcing the consequences of negligence or deliberate damage, and we reserve the right to charge for lost items.

How many items can I check out at once?

We welcome families to Auntie Rossie's Library, where we have a selection of books available for borrowing. Our collection includes a variety of fiction and non-fiction books, DVDs, and puzzles, with new titles added regularly. Our check-out policy is simple – you can borrow up to 100 books per family, and there is no minimum. We believe that reading and learning should be accessible to everyone, and we strive to make that a reality by offering our services free of charge.
